  The atmosphere is nice. It wasn't too busy when we were there. Placed an order for crab cakes and fries.
  
  Food took about a half hour to come out. The entire order was cold.
  
  Waitress finally checked on us 15 minutes later, and took some of the food back to remake the order.
  
  15 minutes later, a new order came out, but that too was stone cold in the middle.
  
  Another half hour later the waitress finally came back to check to see if the food was better. Informed her it was not.
  
  Almost an hour and a half into the ordeal, and everyone else at the table obviously was finished eating at that point, so I just told her to take it off the bill. She made no offer to make something else, a drink, dessert, or anything. She acted like she was doing us a favor to take it off the bill. I have never left a restaurant hungry before. Very disappointed.
